Return Policy

Orders may be returned within 30 days of date of receipt. All returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt and an RGA number. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items. Returned products must not have been installed and be in original condition with original carton and packaging. If an item has been installed or is not in original condition with all original packaging, it will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to us on non-defective returned items.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Returns will be accepted only with a valid RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number.
Please request a tracking number for all returned items.
The following information must be provided:

Order Number
Item(s) returned
Reason for return
Once a valid RGA number is received, this number must be clearly written on the outside of all packages to be returned. Packages without a valid RGA number referenced on the outside of the box will be not be opened and will be returned to the shipper.

Defective items can returned within one year of purchase for repair or replacement.

We recommend hiring a qualified electrician to install your ceiling fan and controls. JustHunterFans.com is not responsible for any damages or defects due to faulty installation.
- We will credit your original credit card account used to purchase returned item(s) for the original amount paid minus any shipping & handling charges and a 15% restocking fee once the return is processed and completed.
